Acceptance of Terms

This Terms and Conditions document is a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and lm88 ("Platform", "We"). By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the lm88 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions contained in this document together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree with any of the stated terms, you are required to stop using this platform immediately and close your account if one exists. Continued use after any amendments is considered acceptance of the amended terms.

Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an lm88 account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Registering in your own name using information that is true, accurate and current.
• Not holding more than one active account on the lm88 platform at any one time.
• Acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or trustee of any other individual.
• Not included in any currently active self-exclusion list, whether through this platform or any responsible gambling programme.

lm88 reserves the right, at any time and at its sole discretion, to request identity verification from any member. Failure to submit satisfactory verification documents may result in the account being suspended or closed, and any existing balance may not be released until the verification process is complete.

Account Security and Responsibility

Each member is fully responsible for keeping their account username and password confidential. lm88 recommends using a strong password and not sharing it with any other party under any circumstances.

Any activity that occurs through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, or withdrawals requested — will be treated as actions carried out by you. lm88 bears no liability for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to or use of your account.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify our customer support team via live chat or email immediately.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

lm88 accepts a range of payment methods commonly used by Malaysian users. All financial transactions are subject to the following limits and conditions:

• Minimum deposit: RM10 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50.
• Withdrawal processing time: Between 10 and 45 minutes.
• Accepted methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using the payment method registered under the same member's name. lm88 does not accept payments from third parties. Any attempt to transfer funds through a third-party account may result in the account being suspended and funds held while an investigation is carried out.

lm88 reserves the right to request supporting documents for identity or source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard protective measure implemented for the security of all members.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

lm88 offers various types of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to specific wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Welcome Bonus:

• 150% bonus on your first deposit up to a maximum of RM300.
• Wagering requirement: 20 times the bonus amount received.
• Example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Balance RM250 → Wagering requirement RM150 × 20 = RM3,000.
• Another example: Deposit RM600 → Bonus RM300 → Balance RM900 → Wagering requirement RM300 × 20 = RM6,000.

Each bonus claimed may only be used for the purpose specified in the relevant promotion terms. lm88 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and confiscate related winnings if there is evidence of misuse, fraud, or any attempt to exploit the bonus system.

Betting and Game Rules

All betting activity on the lm88 platform must be carried out in accordance with the specific rules for each game or sports event concerned. Members are responsible for understanding these rules before placing any bet.

The following are considered violations of the betting terms and may result in account termination:

• Use of automation software, bots, or any technical method to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion between members to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploitation of any technical weakness or bug in the system.
• Matched betting carried out with the intent of abusing promotions.

lm88 uses advanced detection technology to monitor suspicious betting patterns. The platform's decisions regarding any game dispute are final and binding.

VIP Programme and Cashback

lm88 provides a four-tier VIP programme to reward member loyalty. Tier advancement depends on a member's betting activity over time. The weekly cashback rates are as follows:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.2%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.

Cashback is credited weekly and subject to specific terms. lm88 reserves the right to amend the VIP programme structure, cashback rates, or benefits offered at each tier with reasonable notice to members.

Responsible Gambling

lm88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among our members. We believe that gambling should remain a form of entertainment only and not a primary source of income.

As a responsible platform, lm88 provides the following options to members who need assistance:

• Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit settings.
• Account cooling-off period option.

Account Termination

lm88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account, with or without prior notice, if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the member has breached any part of these terms and conditions.

Members may also request account closure at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any valid balance that has met all wagering requirements will be returned to the registered payment method, subject to successful identity verification.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which lm88 is licensed to operate. lm88 operates under an international licence and complies with the regulatory requirements set by the relevant licensing authority.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the lm88 platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in the country or region where they reside. lm88 makes no guarantee or representation that access to this platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Continued use of the lm88 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to the amended terms. The date of the most recent amendment will always be shown at the top of this document.
